许将，字冲元，其先祖许令骥为河南固始县人氏，随王潮、王审知入闽，后定居闽清，传至许将的曾祖时，移居福州城东虎园(属闽县)，故世称许将为闽县人。许将26岁时，考中嘉祐八年(1063年)癸卯科状元，是历史上福州地区第一位状元，也是福建历史上最年轻的一位状元，从此踏上了他长达48年，历经宋仁宗、宋英宗、宋神宗、宋哲宗、宋徽宗的五朝宦海生涯。

2019年6月，该所在实验室大型塑料桶、塑料盒中开展养殖白蚁巢培育鸡枞菌出菇的技术研究，实现实验室控制条件下，黑翅土白蚁配对成功率95%以上、出巢率58.1%，并于2021—2023年在东川、宜良、富民等地野外回归放养白蚁314巢，成活率达到93%。2023年7月，该所在富民县黄坡回归放养的白蚁巢有2巢长出鸡枞菌子实体。

The 2024 China-Zambia Culture and Tourism Year opening ceremony along with the Zambia Tourism Promotion was held in Beijing on Saturday. During the opening ceremony, Zambian Minister of Tourism Rodney Sikumba and Zambian Ambassador to China Ivan Zyuulu delivered speeches.
